IPL weekend Study: Vodafone and Nokia most recalled ads

Now this might sound a little confusing to some that do not understand but Vodafone and Nokia are right at the top for most recalled ads.

Vodafone has come out on top with another set of ZooZoo ads and been named the most recalled brand during IPL weekend matches, there were around 80-brands on-air during the two days of the tournament.

This new study called “Day After Cricket”, it measures effectiveness in cricket and then is conducted in six cites daily, these cities include Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai and Kolkata. The study conducted using male and female IPL viewers between age groups of 15 to 34 years. The study mainly focused on format advertiser awareness, total recall, unaided and likeability.

The top recalled ads was Vodafone Zoozoo ads (Go Green and Jokes) with 43 per cent unaided recall, next up came Nokia who got a 30 percent recall, for the likeability factor, Vodafone was No.1 with 21 percent.
