The new Nokia E7 smartphone resembles the new Nokia flagship device the Nokia N8 and comes housed in anodised aluminium and the device’s specifications are just as impressive as its larger brother.

According to an article over on NokNok by Phil B, the Nokia E7 sports a 4 inch screen but doesn’t feel overly large in the hand while featuring an AMOLED display.

So what are the key specs for the Nokia E7 smartphone? Well apart from the 4 inch touch screen the Nokia E7 packs GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100, with auto-switching from GSM to WDCMA, 8 megapixel camera with duel LED flash 720p video, face recognition and secondary video camera.

The Nokia E7 also sports HDMI, Bluetooth 3.0, high speed USB 2.0, FM radio with RDS, 3.5mm AV connector, integrated GPS with A-GPS, WiFi positioning, accelerometer, Nokia Ovi Suite, Nokia Maps Navigation for car and pedestrian for free.

The Nokia E7 also has 16GB of internal memory but unfortunately lacks microSD expansion, measures 123.7 x 62.4 x 13.6mm and weighs 176 grams with its battery.

Looking for to the release of this mobile phone to see it action. However, I did here that N9 will be out by Christmas, which seems a little odd to me. I thought the N8 was going to be the flagship phone.
