Greenpois0n Jailbreak for iOS 4.1 not 4.2: Nearly Finished

Everyone is waiting for the new Greenpois0n Jailbreak and we can clearly see that judging on the poll we did last week, when we asked you the question “GreenPois0n Jailbreak or White iPhone 4 Release: What Do You Want First?” The results are obvious what is more important.

The Results (Total Voters 712) – GreenPois0n Jailbreak (78.0%, 555 Votes), White iPhone 4 (19.0%, 133 Votes), I would actually prefer the Verizon iPhone (3.0%, 19 Votes) and None of the above I use Android (1.0%, 5 Votes).

Anyway looking at more news to do with the Greenpois0n Jailbreak we visited QuickPWN and they are saying that the Jailbreak for iPhone is almost done but it cannot jailbreak iOS 4.0.2.

Chronic Dev Team, the people behind the new greenpois0n jailbreak have been working very hard indeed to give you the perfect software and have been ironing out bugs etc, just remember please ignore all blogs when they give you the release date, Chronic Dev Team will give you the official release date and the greenpois0n.com website will go live, check out CDT Tweet here.

As you are now aware the greenpois0n jailbreak uses the SHAtter jailbreak exploit that was created by pod2g, it is a shame that Greenpois0n can’t jailbreak iOS 4.0.2, which means that users will have to update.

We will let you know as soon as Greenpois0n Jailbreak is live and official, stay tuned readers, as we will have much more information covering the above very soon.

Can't jailbreak 4.0.2? I thought it was supposed to work with all future firmwares, that only a hardware update would prevent future jailbreaks?

  2. Nandor690 says:

Well being that 4.1 comes after 4.0.2 yes it will work with all future firmwares. The counting in third world countries must be different. And it will jb all iOS devices even iPods.

I wish all these bitches would stop bitching, why do you think geohot stopped jailbreaking.
