BlackBerry Torch 9800 Official OS 6.0.0.284 Released
There have been rumours that BlackBerry OS 6.0.0.284 would leak for the BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone but before any leak could appear we now have the official OS 6.0.0.284 for the BlackBerry Torch 9800 being released.
According to an article over on Crackberry by Bla1ze, the official release of OS 6.0.0.284 for the BlackBerry Torch 9800 comes by way of Bouygues, although no word on any changelog.
So if or when any of you BlackBerry Torch 9800 owners out there get round to downloading OS 6.0.0.284 feel free to let us know if you find anything unusual by dropping us a comment below.

Why doesn't RIM post what the changes/fixes are when they update?
so far the 9800 requires a few fixes in terms of speed, it's very slow at times, the 9800 lags, while the 9700 doesn't .
I noticed it became SO MUCH FASTER after this update. Almost shockingly! I recommended for pple who have lagging issues, i suffered badly until this update. Placed same amout of apps i used before and runs like a breeze!
