Its Sprint time, Verizon Wireless is announcing new smartphones left right and center with announcements of the iPhone and the Motorola Bionic 4G, well now Sprint have the opposite of the Bionic 4G called the Motorola i866.

The new Sprint Motorola i866 has a slide-out QWERTY keypad and has been put under the rugged category, it has many features that may take your fancy such as Nextel Direct Connect, Group Messaging, International Direct Connect, Direct Send, Group Connect, Direct Connect, Direct Talk and Next Mail.

Main Specs Include: 2.2-inch 65K TFT display, slide-out QWERTY keypad, screen resolution of 240 x 320p, comes with 2GB memory card with option to upgrade to 32GB, Exchange ActiveSync, IMAP and POP3, MP3 player, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, GPS, 2-megapixel camera, Video recording and Digital zoom.
