It appears that at some point in the future UK operator Three will offter to their customers the latest Android 2.3 Gingerbread sporting smartphone out of the Sony Ericsson stable, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc.

According to an article over on Reghardware, Three UK has sated they are to coofer the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, but haven’t stipulated when and only said that the device would become available “soon.”

Apparently 3UK also didn’t claim they would have exclusivity over the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and that’s just as well as apparently Vodafone have also apparently come forward and announced they too will offer the Android device.

Neither would confirm an actual release date or what price the Xperia Arc may command, but the word doing the round is that the device may appear sometime in April.
