Apple Ups Infringement Ante With More Samsung Devices

Apple doesn’t appear to be backing down any in the Apple versus Samsung patent infringement fight despite Samsung demanding access to the iPhone 5 and Apple iPad 3, and Apple has hit back by adding two more Samsung devices to the argument.

According to a report by Apple Insider by way of FOSS Patents Blog, Apple has now amended their complaint to include both the Nexus S 4G smartphone and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and alleges they also infringe on the look and feel of the iPhone and Apple iPad.

So here’s how the Samsung products stack up in the new complaint according to Apple…the Samsung Galaxy S i9000, Galaxy S2, Galaxy Ace, Galaxy Prevail, Galaxy Tab 10.1, the Droid Charge, Infuse 4G, Nexus S 4G, Exhibit 4G, Replenish, Sidekick, and Gravity.

Originally Apple has claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab, Captivate, Vibrant, Fascinate, Transform, Continuum, Epic 4G, Indulge, Galaxy S 4G, Nexus S, Mesmerize, Showcase, Intercept, Gem, and Acclaim.

Furthermore apparently today is the deadline for old Sammy to hand over the demanded Samsung gear. It looks like things are hotting up in this patent fight between the companies, and no doubt will continue for some time or until they both can behave like adults and come to a mutual agreement.
