iOS 5 Semitethered Jailbreak, no PC needed
There is what is called untethered jailbreaks for iOS 5, but now it is time for the ‘Semitethered Jailbreak’ to strut its stuff. This is a new Cydia package jailbreak that allows users to reboot iOS 5 jailbroken iPhone’s, and this can be down even if you are not near a computer.
has reported that BigBoss released the new Semitethered Jailbreak, and it has its good and bad points. It has been said to be a lot better than the normal tethered jailbreak and it is easy to get it.
You will need to follow these simple steps to get it: 1) Use RedSn0w to Tether Jailbreak your iOS 5 device, 2)
Then Add http://thebigboss.org/semitether to your Cydia sources, 3) Install SemiTether and reboot.
Now all you do is reboot your iPhone, no PC needed, once you have done this the iPhone will reboot to the home screen, it can use all stock apps other than Safari and Mail until boot tether. It cannot use Cydia or any tweaks and jailbreak apps until boot tether, and you will notice that it can take longer to boot.

i cant reboot it , my iphone still in the semitethered mode , wat should i do nw ?
Hey don’t charge it wait till it dies then turn it back on. It happened with mine too.
