Motorola Pro+ unboxed and first look video

When the original Motorola Droid Pro came out the device didn’t make its way across the pond to UK shores; however when it comes to the Droid Pro successor, the Motorola Pro+ it appears that we in the UK have the device whilst the handset isn’t available in the US, so for those that might be considering picking up the Motorola Pro+ we have a little unboxing and first look video for your viewing pleasure below.

The Motorola Pro+ unboxing and product tour video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Technobuffalo and delivers just over seven and a half minutes of checking out an unlocked and SIM free UK version of the Android smartphone.

Spec wise the Motorola Pro+ offers the user a 3.1-inch Gorilla glass touch screen along with a physical QWERTY keyboard with a BlackBerry-esque style, a 5 megapixel rear facing auto-focus camera with flash, 1GHz processor, a-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, 4GB storage, microSD expansion up to 32GB, microUSB, 3.5mm jack, and runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.

The video kicks off with the traditional smartphone unboxing showing off all the stuff that comes with the Motorola Pro+ handset and then moves onto a quick tour of the hardware and follows with a first look at the device in action.

Of the Motorola Pro+ the guy says that albeit a plastic housing the handset does feel very nice in the hand, and although the screen is quite low-res the text is pretty well defined, although there is some lag and jitter when swiping through the home screens mainly due to the 1GHz processor.

However, you don’t want me to spell it all out for you as I’m sure you’d rather head on down and mash that play button to check out the Android handset for yourself, so I’ll shut up and let you get to it…enjoy.
