iPhone 4S Siri tickles the ivories: video

Is there anything that Apple voice assistant Siri can’t do? Apparently there doesn’t seem to be much the Siri can’t do given a little tinkering and time, but did you ever think Siri would be able to tickle the ivories on a Yamaha Disklavier piano? Well it can and we have video evidence for your viewing consideration below.

The Play It Again Siri video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Ubergizmo and by way of YouTube user Cknudsen and shows that Siri can indeed control what comes out of a Yamaha Disklavier piano.

The Yamaha Disklavier is a piano that can be operated without a human at the keys, and when you activate Siri on the iPhone 4S and speak the name of the song you wish to be played and Siri locate that song in your library, and send the data wirelessly over WiFi and AirPlay to the piano and play the song.

Have to say though at this point, Siri isn’t actually playing the piano but rather responsible for sending the data to the piano that allows it to play the requested song, but then it’s still a cool thing to be able to do.

Anyway as not to spoil your viewing enjoyment I’ll leave it right there and let you head on down to hit that play button and check out the footage for yourself…enjoy.
