HTC EVO 4G LTE turns white for Sprint

If you are an Android fan over in the good old US of A and prefer t to get your smartphones on the Sprint network, I’m sure you know that the HTC EVO 4G LTE handset has been available for a while on the carrier. However if you have a preference for white handset up until now you’d have probably passed over the Sprint EVO 4G LTE.

But according to the guys over at Pocket Now by way of Technobuffalo, if you simply must have a white Android smartphone, the the HTC EVO 4G LTE could soon become part of that choice because word is Sprint is gearing up to release a white HTC EVO 4G LTE.

Apparently the guys over at Technobuffalo were given a screen shot of Sprint’s warehouse inventory (image below) by an ‘trusted source’ that highlights a panel labelled HTC X325C, which apparently is the designation reserved for the HTC EVO 4G LTE and now lists the Android handset as a white version.

So it would appear that Sprint could be delivering an HTC EVO 4G LTE with a white body with presumably the same red accents, just like with the white version of the original HTC EVO 4G smartphone.

Other than the Sprint screen shot there is no detail as to just when Sprint might make the white HTC EVO 4G LTE handset available to customers, but one can presume that if Sprint is tracking the handset in their warehouses, it should be too long before Sprint goes all official and announces the white EVO 4G LTE, so with that in mind, would a white EVO 4G LTE float your boat?
