Tubidy app for Android via internet browser only

If you are one of the Android faithful that likes to download videos from the Internet, there is an easy to use website called Tubidy whereby you can simply open up your browser on your smartphone or computer and download videos, 3GP, MP3 and other formats.

According to an article over on Tttwe, Tubidy app for Android is via Internet browser only as the developer hasn’t yet release a mobile app for the Android platform, but if the user hits up tubidy.mobi via their phone browser they can access a search form so they can search for whatever they want.

They say that Tubidy works fast and will deliver a list of videos, and all you do is clink on the video of your choice and it will download. Tubidy indexes videos from differing video sites, and when you download a video it streams directly from the host site to your smartphone via Tubidy servers.

Tubidy is free service although standard data charges from your carrier may apply, and you can’t keep the downloaded videos as they are view only.

The article does state that the guys could not find any Tubidy APK files, or a Tubidy app for Android at the moment, and its not know whether an official Tubidy app for Android will be released, so do you think there should be an official app in Google Play as there is not one yet?
