While things have improved somewhat, it’s still slim pickings with Windows phones – especially if you want Windows 10 on your handset. The Lumia 640 and 640 XL are two of the more affordable choices, and the latter is on sale today. AT&T and Microsoft have put the handset on sale for $99, and if you’re unfamiliar with the handset, here’s what you can expect.
