Looks like the Chinese rip-off merchants have been at it yet again and shoving out more unofficial popular brand badges mobiles with license agreement with that particular brand. This time it’s yet another BMW mobile phone, which seems to resemble a few Windows Mobile Smartphones, and has a big brash BMW logo on its back, and to make it simply worse with the rip-off thing it even has the branded logo on the retail box!

Are the phone legally worked with BMW? I know that branded merchandise business has been considered as a quite fresh maneuver. Ferrari has been doing their brand for many other things like Phones, Notebook in cooperation with Acer, Segway and so on. Probably BMW also consider the same through the cooperation with China manufacturers to break into Asian markets and beyond.
