The word is the Nokia N96 mobile phone will be shipping with the BBC’s iPlayer application aboard. The BBC iPlayer allows the downloading of the BBC’s TV shows to the Nokia N96.
Good news but unfortunately only available to the Nokia N96 apparently and no other Nseries Nokia handsets, which is quite a shame.
If you are a lucky owner of a nokia N96 and download the BBC iPlayer app, anything you download to the Nokia N96 you will be allowed to keep permanently, unlike the PC version which expires after 30 days.
