Apple iPhone owners better not get their hopes up for any new iPhone apps hitting the Apple iTunes App Store over Christmas, as apparently the App Store is going on a Christmas break.
An email send to developers in the iPhone Developer Program puts a hold on the iTunes Connect service which looks at if it runs from Christmas Eve through till 27th of December.
So Apple iPhone app developers you can now take a break and have a Christmas rest as you wont be able to send in your applications anyway; might peeve some but a rest is always good.
