Wal-Mart is banging out the advertising a tad early so everyone knows the Apple iPhone 3G is definitely coming their way, and no doubt wants to make huge sales.
All the usual guff comes along with this one though, for your $197.00 you get an 8GB Apple iPhone 3G with a two year AT&T contract attached and will be available as of 9am come December the 28th at Wal-Mart stores.
One has to consider why Wal-Mart simply didn’t go for a before Christmas release though, and with the economic climate as it is, the chances are that after Christmas very few people will have any spare cash to even afford $197.00, one would have thought anyway.
