Troubled BlackBerry Bold likely to be pulled by Orange

Under: BlackBerry, Mobile Phones Date: January 5th, 2009

Reports have emerged that Orange are about to boot out the BlackBerry Bold due to all the technical problems the device has had since it was launched, dealing with angry customers returning the Research in Motion (RIM) BlackBerry device.

It seems that you don’t get too many chances with Orange, mess up once they will give you a warning, mess up twice you’re out! This seems to be the case with the BlackBerry Bold. Even with the recent firmware updates the device is still having problems.

According to the Telegraph Orange the mobile phone carrier may pull the Bold outright, reporting that the return rates for the Bold were well above the average of returns.

Are you a BlackBerry Bold user? Have you experience problems with your device? We want your feedback.
