Samsung has already notified the mobile world on these mobile handsets but they have now issued an official press release on them to Russia.

Samsung’s new E Series handsets include the entry level handsets he Samsung E1100, E1070, E1125 and E2100, all are GSM 900/1800MHz with a colour display.

All these Samsung E Series phones have two things in common, an SOS features along with Mobile Tracker, and that’s basically about it, a couple do have a camera but other than that very basic. As yet no word on any pricing but one would guess they wouldn’t cost a great deal.
