The word from the Mozilla Blog is that Fennec Alpha 1 for Windows Mobile 6 is now ready and available for download by testers and developers.

Fennec Alpha 1 is an early release for testing only; however the Mozilla Foundation has also invited interested Windows Mobile developers and users to team with Mozilla developers and the Mozilla user community to help test and develop Fennec.

Mozilla Fennec’s UI controls are completely CSS based thus enabling developers to easily adjust the user interface for various screen sizes and resolutions. This Alpha version supports add-ons which already includes a gestures module
