Tears of woe may be falling over in the states as T-Mobile state they have “no plans to pick up the HTC Hero” smartphone, states an article over on Intomobile.
This is probably due to the HTC Hero being considered a better smartphone than the myTouch 3G, but is still a shame the Hero won’t be taking a trip stateside any time soon.
Although there is still a possibility as the HTC Hero has passed the FCC, so AT&T could snatch it up. It’s a different thing over in the UK though where T-Mobile will be offering the HTC Hero, so for the time being anyway the Hero stays in Europe.
