The word doing the rounds is that the Apple iPhone may just make its debut in China sooner than is expected an article on china daily reports.

Apparently a US tech company had begun manufacturing the Chinese version of the iPhone while Neteast.com reports Foxconn is now producing an Apple iPhone especially designed for China.

The word is Foxconn have given the Chinese iPhone the codename “90” and lacks WiFi functionality but keeps 3G, and Bluetooth. Furthermore the word is negotiations between Apple and China Unicorn is almost at an end and details will be announced in the coming weeks.
