What we have here is one of the rare A series from Motorola and is the Motorola A45 Murano mobile phone which is apparently unique to Brazil according to an article on celularcafe.

There isn’t a load of details to compare the Motorola A45 Murano with but apparently it lacks 3G and looks to sport a 2 megapixel camera, quad-band GSM/GPS/EDGE and little else.

One member of the Motorola A series does happen to be the Verizon Rival though and we can see the resemblance. No idea on what price the Motorola A45 Murano will command or even if it will eventually see outside Brazil.
