Palm has finally got their finger out and shifted the WebOS Mojo SDK to all developers and Palm is giving an open invitation to webOS devs to submit their paid apps or free apps for their consideration.

Although Palm has said developers are free to submit any kind of application, they are asking that submitted apps be “useful and engaging to users, and have an appealing design and user interface.”

Palm is to provide webOS developers with a credit card process system to handle payments of which Palm will scoop 30 percent of all webOS application revenue.
