China officially gains Samsung F839

The new Samsung F839 mid to low range touch phone has now gone official in China, and although is a reasonably good looking handset, and is one of the first 3G devices for China Mobile’s ECDO network, unwired view.

Spec wise the Samsung F839 is a mid to low range touch phone sporting 3G CDMA2000 CDMA200 1X EVDO 800Mhz, 3 megpixel camera with 30 frames per second QVGA recording, a 3.2 inch WQVGA touch screen, FM radio, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and microSD expansion up to 8GB.

The Samsung F839 measure 115.1 x 55 x12.9mm and weighs in at 109 grams; other than that there’s no more detail but we expect it will be one of China Mobile’s most affordable 3G handsets.
