According to an article over on wmexperts they have gotten hold of an image which not only shows the normal vanilla Windows Mobile 6.5 OS but beneath it sits what is presumed to be Windows Mobile 6.5.1 OS.

However no doubt those who have been lucky to already play with Windows Mobile 6.5 would probably surmise the design elements aren’t part of that build, and they would be correct.

Basically according to wmexperts they have been told that the bottom row is now, in a rough manner of speaking what Windows Mobile 7 will look like and that it is an internal mock-up which has been used for design planning.
