Well according to an article over on engadget, that wait has now ended as customer’s can now order the BlackBerry Bold 9700 direct from the AT&T website and commands a price tag of $199.99 when signing a two year contract and after a mail in rebate of $100.

Spec wise, I’m sure you already know, the BlackBerry Bold 9700 packs a 2.44 inch display, QWERTY keyboard with backlit keys, 256MB memory expandable to 32GB via microSD, GSM/GPRS/3G, 3.2 megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, BlackBerry OS 5.0, and 3.5mm jack.
