Yep seems to be quite a few around videos today and the one we have for you this time has to do with promoting the Android toting Samsung Galaxy S smartphone over in Japan by NTT DoCoMo, and you can view said video below.

The Galaxy S Darth Vader promo video comes our way courtesy of Serkan Toto, over at Mobile Crunch and by way of the Wall Street Journal Japan and lasts a minute whereby for some strange reason the Dark Lord of the Sith follows people around that use the Samsung Galaxy S.

One can only presume that NTT DoCoMo associates Star Wars and Darth Vader with the Samsung Galaxy S due to the device having the word galaxy in its moniker, because otherwise I can’t really see a link between the two.

Now you could associate Darth Vader with the Droid R2-D2 Special Edition for example, still you know how these Japanese can be, anyway check out the video below and feel free to let us know what you thing and if you can come up with a different link with Darth Vader other than the word Galaxy…enjoy.
