Money Saving Tips & Better Deals on Contract Renewals: Haggle

Saving money is always a part of life but can prove to be hard if you do not haggle for massive savings. We have a few money-saving tips that can help you on contract renewals and current long-term contracts.

Millions of mobile phone customers no matter what network carrier you are with are on contracts, there are so many different deals out there offering you more minutes, text messages and data usage per month, and of course monthly contract costs vary.

You may want more minutes or texts etc per month, but many customers believe they have to wait for their contract to end to change to a better deal, NO is the answer here, no matter how long of a contract you have got haggle.

You do stand more of a chance getting a better deal by haggling when your contract renewal is near.

If your mobile phone contract is up for renewal trust me and haggle, say to your provider that you wish to leave them and go elsewhere unless they can give you a better deal, they will oblige because they want your custom, do not be afraid of getting a better deal.

You might be surprised to learn that you may get extra minutes or texts and in some cases a lower monthly payment.

Do not be scared to haggle in your own country, if you go to another country on holiday you always haggle there, how many times have you gone on holiday to a market and haggled with the handler to get a better deal? Yes you know you have, so why not try that same process in a store.

Tip 1) Go into your providers store (aka O2, Vodafone, Verizon etc) do not be shy.

Tip 2) Ask to speak with the store manager.

Tip 3) Mention to them that you are thinking about leaving them because you can get a better contract deal elsewhere.

Tip 4) Make sure you say to them that for less money per month you can get more texts and minutes.

Tip 5) Haggle, Haggle, Haggle, keep it up and do not throw in the towel just yet, if the store manager says they cannot offer you a better deal (Maybe because your store is offering the best deal) then MAKE SURE and we stress this that you will go away and have a chat with your partner, family member etc to see what they think. This way you do not feel stupid for at least trying and of which you can stay with them.

But trust me you will get a better deal if you haggle in the right manner, haggle well and you will save money or at least get more texts and minutes.

Please do let us know if you have haggled and got a better contract deal, if you have please let us know what mobile provider you are with. Thanks
