Windows Phone Mango Samsung Focus S Poses For Pic

There has been in the past some speculation that old Sammy has been working on a Samsung Galaxy class smartphone that will play nice with Windows Phone Mango OS, and it appears that the Samsung Focus S will be that Mango packing handset for AT&T.

And now we have a picture of the Samsung Focus S with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango courtesy of the guys over at Slash Gear and by way of the Pocket Now guys an image of the Windows Phone hooked up to its USB cable but still a reasonably clear image.

Most specs for the Samsung Focus S have already been revealed such as a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touch screen, 1.4GHz processor, 8 megapixel rear facing camera, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 720p video and of course the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system.

According to the Pocket Now guys Sammy and Microsoft could launch the Samsung Focus S any time soon, so we’ll of course be keeping our eyes and ears open for that one, and of course this is the first real picture we have seen of the new Samsung made smartphone.

There have been many rumours about Microsoft’s Windows Phone not really making the grade in the mobile space but the platform so appear to be gaining a following, and with Nokia pushing out Windows Phone devices any time now, perhaps Windows Phone may bring both Microsoft and Nokia back to their former mobile space glory.

So is any of our reader’s part of the Windows Phone faithful, and looking forward to a Mango packing handset with a feel of the Samsung Galaxy S II? Feel free to let us know your mobile allegiance by posting to our comments area below.
