There are ICS custom ROMS all over the place from different developers and it can be hard to know which is the best and most suitable for your device. This custom ICS ROM is specific for the Droid Incredible and was developed by one of the esteemed XDA Developers, 72ls1. The ROM is called ICS-Deck AOKP Ice Cream Sandwich and is Android Open Kang Project-based. We cannot endorse the use of this custom ROM and of you’re keen on trying this out we have to point out as usual that you’ll be voiding your warranty. However if you’re a fan of customizing you’ll already know that.

We should also point out that the developer says that this ROM is in the development stage and that work to smooth out the kinks is still ongoing. If you choose to try it you’ll no doubt spot the odd bug. Android Authority stresses that this is probably not for the average user but more suitable for advanced users. That said though, if you have the Droid Incredible we know this will be pretty enticing and you will know if you think you have the Android knowledge to use it successfully.

You should back up your current ROM with ClockWorkMod and you’ll also need a USB data cable, a Windows PC with Internet access and to make sure your phone is fully charged.
