New update for Sirius XM Internet Radio Android app

For those on the Android platform that love listening to Internet radio by way of the Sirius XM Internet Radio Android application that may not already be aware, yesterday an updated version of the Sirius XM Internet Radio Android app was released, which brings several new things to the app.

The Sirius XM Internet Radio app for Android devices features in excess of 140 channels, and now with the ability to go back in time of up to 5-hours to listen to previously aired programming on most channels, pause live radio, along with fast forwarding and rewinding, but does require a Sirius XM Internet Radio subscription.

Other new stuff with the updated Sirius XM Internet Radio app includes TuneStart auto-starts the current playing tune from its beginning when tune into the channel enabling the user to listen to the complete song, the app now has the ability to pause live radio and then continue right from where you left off, Show Finder enables the user to locate and set alerts for their favourite Sirius XM shows.

The Sirius XM Internet Radio app also delivers the ability to fast forward and rewind so you can navigate to previously aired programming, the addition of album art along with artist biographies, and improves sound and reliability quality.
