We saw earlier leaks about this rather unusual case some weeks ago and we now know that it’s called the HTC Dot View Case for the HTC One (M8). This is a neat idea as when the case is on the phone, the dots reveal a look at the lockscreen and enable the user to still see notifications and perform various tasks.

Notifications from some HTC apps such as Messages, Weather, Email, Phone and more can be seen, but as yet the case doesn’t work in this way for third-party Google applications. This matrix cover comes in various color options and they are Warm Black, Imperial Blue, Orange Popsicle, Atlantic, and Baton Rouge.
