orange network . i upgraded to nokia lumia 800 but the lumia comes with a micro sim card and if you want to get all your contact info off your old handset you might have a problem orange suplly a adaptor to put your new micro sim card into for you to be able to insert into your old handset to transfer data but when i removed it from my old hand set sony experia x10 it damaged my sim card reader and now my old handset is broken through this adaptor supplied in the new phone pack. orange say nokia supply the part and nokia say orange supply this part
now neither of the companys will accept responsability so i can not get my old phone replaced until i find out who is responsable. how can i find who is responsable?
