Samsung have announced today that they have developed a massive 8GB microSD memory card for mobile phones, this is what we have been waiting for (they do say size matters do they not). The size of these Samsung microSD cards are fingernail size that’s small but powerful for storage. Things seem to be getting smaller and smaller for mobile phones but seem to be getting bigger and bigger on the insides.

The new fingernail sized 8 gigabyte micro SD cards are capable of storing 2,000 MP3 music files and 5 DVD-quality movies plus a huge 4,000 digital photos.
