Now thats what i call a MUST have cell phone..and thats right who needs a card slot when you have that much amount of memory inside your phone..I love it!! When will it come out?

  2. According to Sony UK, it still wont play my DJ mixed and live recordings without gaps between the tracks. Very annoying – I wont bother upgrading my trusty W800i with 4Gb already installed.

I can not wait to get this phone, i have already purchased mine from amazon they said i should recieve it around nov/dec it cost me £420. I was going to get the iphone until i saw this beauty. Just gotta wait now (:

The release date has actually been pushed back (for the UK at any rate) till after Christmas, which is extremely disappointing. (the info is from an article on PhonesReview.co.uk) I was very much looking forward to this phone – personally I do think the lack of the card slot is a bit of a downside, because I find it much easier to use the provided card-reader to slot the micros SD into my laptop’s card slot than to connect up the entire phone via a USB port. Having said that, the rest of the phone is +++. The w810i didn’t have an infra-red port, so I can live without it.

i have the w950i n this beaty looks 10x better that n no way is no card slot a downside my w950 has 4GB n av never filled that, cant wait till the 21 of jan 08 wen its released over here in the uk 😀

  6. Dave says:

Flick, the w810i did have a infra-red port! i know because i have it infront of me right now because i own one. I cant wait until this phone is released so i can get it straight away. I love walkman phones and i have had 3 so far. I dont think i will ever get any phone that isnt a sony ericsson walkman phone.
Oh and Jay..why the hell did you get the w950 ? it is awful lol ! no camera. i mean whats up with that. anyway l8a ppl.

  7. More disappointments:

No camera “mirror” near the lens, and 802.11B Wi-Fi. All devices should be 802.11G by now!!!

I read on one site, that it supports both, but majority of the sites that I’ve read say that it only supports 802.11B! Read
