I purchased these phones because my previous quad’s batteries had expired and didn’t seem worth replacing them relative to the cost of a new phone. I found what I thought was a really good deal for this phone set.

My opinion of my purchase – in a word “dreadful”. Probably the most dissatisfied I have ever been with an electrical appliance.

The buttons and screen display are way too small.
Not compatible with my “3” sim card to transfer the contacts
If you don’t subscribe to caller ID the phone will flash blue whenever you have a missed call, necessitating trawling through the menu to delete them
    Menus not intuitive or user-friendly.

Will bin them as soon as I decide on a suitable replacement. I’ll make sure I can see a demonstration of the phones rather than buying blind off the internet.

i Have a Verve 500 twin phone which i find is a very good phone and have had no problems with
I would like ( and I believe you can get) a spare handset for another room which can be registered to the twin set I have

Be very grateful if you can help me

I was unfortunate enough to purchase a triple handset model of this BT Verve 500. It worked OK for a while but now, more often than not, when you press the accept call button the phone continues to ring. Press it again and you cut the caller off. When this first happened I complained to BT and they advised me to reset the handsets and base, which I did. It was OK again for a while then it started again. Sooner or later it will end up in the dustbin where it should have been put at the manufacturers.
