Before we start just ponder on this question, would you like to see HD recording capabilities with Nokia? Well get this, Nokia are hoping to bless your mobile phones with HD recording capabilities which is great news would you not agree.

We have already seen some multimedia processors that can deliver the HD love for our mobile phones but Nokia are wanting to take this one step further to get ahead of the crowd, the company are looking well beyond the display by wanting to pack in HD recording abilities.

Tero Ojanpera the Chief Technology Officer of Nokia has said that HD recording on a handset is coming and technically it is only a few years away, Analyst Alan Brown of research firm Gartner has said that around to 8 to 10% of mobile phones could actually have HD video capabilities by 2010 or 2011.
