The new “Tellme” service will use GPS to identify a caller’s location to give more relevant results. A version of Tellme is already available on Sprint and AT&T Wireless phones and should be available with Windows Mobile software in future versions. With Tellme a user will be able to say movie and the software will identify where that user is and send relevant information about what movies are showing at cinemas closest to them, while as demonstrated at CSE future versions are hoped to be able to allow user to purchase the movie tickets as well via their mobile phone and also share the info received with friends.
