Sony Ericsson W760a mobile phone is on its way to AT&T

Conformation has come to the net that the new Sony Ericsson 760a mobile phone is going to AT&T. The new Sony Ericsson W760a has just passed the FCC tests with dual WCDMA American bands.

It wasn’t a certainty that the Sony Ericsson W760a would go to AT&T after the cancellation of the Sony Ericsson K850 mobile handset, however, the images of the W760a show the AT&T branding on the bottom left.

The Sony Ericsson W760a mobile phone will sport a built-in GPS receiver, MP3 player, FM radio with RDS and Motion Sensor, Stereo speakers, Stereo Bluetooth and a 3.2 megapixel camera.

As yet there is no word on when the Sony Ericsson W760a handset will become available via AT&T or just how much it will cost, but we are thinking that maybe it will hit AT&T in a couple of weeks.

More info when it becomes available.

I’ve had to replace this phone six times in ten weeks. In fact, the latest replacement just arrived yesterday and the keypad doesn’t work. This phone has been a nightmare and simply just can’t recommand the Sony Ericsson w760a to even a third world country.
