Apple iPhone 3G S Users $30 apology for activation delays

Apparently due to iPhone 3GS users experiencing delays activating their handsets, Apple has notified customers via email customers may still experience delays in activation for another 2 days due to “system issues.”

However, according to an article on Cnet, Apple, by way of an apology for said delays is to offer a $30 credit iTunes Store credit, which is apparently for “the inconvenience this delay has caused.”

Although Apple representatives have not commented on any requests for official comment, still if this is correct, a $30 iTunes credit isn’t too bad a compensation for a small wait.
