iPhone users reluctant to click on mobile ads

The iPhone goes from strength to strength, sets new standards and breaks records, but it does appear that a study conducted by Chitika which was based on a huge 92 million ad impressions click through rate on mobile phones is only half of that of a regular system.

This shows that iPhone users don’t take to clicking on those advert easily reports an article on textually. The mobile click through rate was 0.48% as opposed to 0.83% on non-mobile advertising.

It just goes to show that the average iPhone user don’t really require or bother to click on mobile adverts, although it’s still too early to shout that mobile advertising won’t be successful.
