Some news for all you BlackBerry fans out there, there appears to be a new BlackBerry smartphone on its way as salomondrin posts a rather grainy image of what is apparently known as the BlackBerry Atlas.

The new BlackBerry Atlas is said to supports CDMA bands, a Blackberry 8900 style keyboard, and WiFi, and that’s about all that’s been rumoured spec wise.

There’s no official word on when we are likely to see the BlackBerry Atlas or gain any more specifications but hopefully Research In Motion will not take too long to make an announcement.
