FCC Approves Motorola Motus

The guys over at engadget mobile have been snooping around the FCC again and this time they have come across a mobile phone with the name of Motorola Motus which was rumoured a while ago.

Apparently the Motorola Motus is an Android packing mid range handset sporting a 3.1 inch QVGA display, HSPA and a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus with a scheduled release of Q1 of 2010.

However they say that this Motorola Motus filing adds legitimacy to the original leaked roadmap, which also mentioned a “Sholes Tablet” which takes the Motorola Droid further upmarket with an 8 megapixel camera with Xenon flash. That is of course just speculation at present but they are keeping their eyes open to see if they can catch anything on this.
