The first QWERTY phone from INQ, the first INQ 3G Chat, has gone on sale from today 11th December 2010. The great handset which has built in twitter is available on PAYG and on contract.

The cost for this on PAYG is £99.99 and contracts will cost £15 per month which would include unlimited texts, internet access and 75 anytime minutes. It has also bee said that the phone will come with full Facebook and Twitter functionality.

Users can also personalise their home screen widgets. Director of devices at 3 Nigel Field has said “the INQ Chat 3G is a fantastic example of a great value phone that does the internet very well”. It will also have one touch access to Facebook, Twitter, Skype and Windows live messenger. .

This phone reinforces 3 as the home of the mobile internet. INQ CEO Frank Meeham commented that they have looked at what users want but haven’t been getting so far from other mobile providers, this is a well priced device with particular good internet and does a lot more than just voice and text.
