OS wars about to begin between iPhone 4.0 and Android 2.0

We were largely disappointed two years ago hen the iPhone killer drive begun, not at the level of competition, the latest iPhone killer being the fantastic Droid but at just how toothless these phones were against the Apple.

Yes, they all looked call there is no denying that the N95, the Samsung Instinct and the Palm Pre but none of that had an impact in stopping the iPhone selling in it’s masses. 10’s of millions to be more specific. We are only talking about one model here, outpacing the other smartphones on the market.

It would seem that hardware and specs including 5 MP cameras with video recording and GPS don’t actually cut it anymore. Okay so what about the operating system then, critics have often pointed out that the iPhone may not be the leader of the pack in the features department, but when it comes to its user interface nothing is as user friendly.

Goole has leaked the Nexus One, a sleek touchscreen smartphone with oh so very typical looks, doesn’t really appear to be an iPhone killer, then Google dropped another piece of information it will run on Android 2.1. Now that’s exciting news… to find out more visit pmptoday.com
