O2 network complaints sent by Apple iPhone users

Mobile phone network 02 has received thousands upon thousands of complaints from extremely frustrated iPhone customers who have been unable to use their phones properly.

Kat Higgins reports for Sky News Online, messages that have been posted on Twitter the social media website, claim that customers have been unable to log on to the internet or to use their phones correctly or even user their applications for the third day running.

Lots of the frustrated 02 customers have been receiving the error message which just says “could not activate cellular data network” whenever they attempted to check their emails or use another of the internet services.

Apparently in a statement 02 told Sky News Online, “ we are aware of an issue currently impacting data access for some of our customers”. a fault has been found with the allocation of IP addresses and 02 are working in order to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Source – macdailynews.com

I put my o2 sim into a k800i and got 5 bars into the iphone 2 bars if lucky. I’ve got signals problems with my iphone where before I didn’t on o2. So it hasn’t got ANYTHING to do with the network it’s the iphone that’s crap at getting a signal unless you live near a mast or in the city. APPLE sort it out and stop living in denial of the problem!!
