Nexus One owners angry at Google customer service

Not good news for Google customer services, as complaints roll in from very dissatisfied Google Nexus One owners.

Despite charging a whopping $529 for the very much talked about smartphone without a contract it has been reported that Google will only reply to emailed complaints and they have admitted that it can take up to three days to deal with issues.

It would seem that the Google Nexus One has got off on the wrong foot, as since the launch on January 5th the support forums have been inundated with complaints mainly from existing T-Mobile customers trying to establish whether or not they can get a discount on the device.

Customer who were leaning initially towards the Nexus One are now changing there minds due to the lack of customer service and are now steering towards the iPhone.
Eventually Google confirmed that customers would need to sign up to a new contract to receive the smartphone at the subsidized price of $179. Source – pcpro.co.uk
