Motorola Quench Android announced at MWC

The eighth addition to the growing Motorola Android family has been announced at the Mobile World Congress as the Motorola Quench.

This new Android handset will come packed with a 3.1 inch touchscreen a 5 megapixel camera which includes flash it will also sport Wi-Fi, 3G, A-GPS and of course MotoBlur their Android powered content delivery system.

For those of you that don’t know MotoBlur links together contacts, messages, emails social networking activity and your photos. It delivers directly to your home screen and will update by itself automatically so you don’t need to.

Another great feature is ideal for those if you that have a habit of misplacing your phone as you will have piece of mind as if you lose your phone it can be located from a secure information portal and can even be remotely deleted if it is required. One thing though that is a little disappointing is that the Motorola Quench will only have Android 1.5. Source – stuff.tv/news
