Microsoft Windows Phone 7 Xbox Live Gaming Line Up Revealed

At some point in the future Microsoft will launch their Windows Phone 7, and Windows Phone 7 devices and when it does the platform will include Xbox Live games, and Microsoft has now released which games will be available.

According to an article over on Regardware, Microsoft has more than 60 titles available to Windows Phone 7, some of which are already available on the iPhone 4 such as Gameloft’s Asphalt 5 and Assassins Creed, THQ’s Star Wars: Battle for Hoth, and PopCap’s Bejewelled.

However there are more popular games included in the Xbox Live gaming roll out for Windows Phone 7 such as Halo: Waypoint, Guitar Hero 5, Castlevania, Deal or No Deal 2010, Earthworm Jim, Star Wars: Cantina, and many more.

Apparently Microsoft is hoping to beat the Android and iPhone platforms with gaming on Windows Phone 7, and hopes that existing Xbox 360 gamer’s will “bye into” the smartphone platform with all games tapping into Xbox Live to enable subscribers to chat with friends, use their avatars, and achievement scores and much more.
